 | Nero_09 | At AKROSS CON2022, there were many participants from other countries, and I was very happy to see an AMV that was not seen in Japan.
Also, I was very happy to receive comments on my videos from AMV producers from other countries.
There are many good AMVs in Japan, but I noticed that there are many wonderful AMVs in other countries, so I wanted to learn more by watching past AKROSS CON videos.
I am happy that I was able to participate in this long-established competition and that I was able to meet many wonderful AMVs. |

 | TritioAFB | First point: the acceptance of multiple entries this year. If you come to compare 2021 development vs 2022, you see that you got more entries than Last year. There's still a space for refining some other rules but it was nice to see people managing to make 3 videos exclusives for the contest. Personally didnt expect to see that in its first year. But as you can see, this generation of editors is young and has potential to do more in the future.
Second point: It's always a pleasure to read comments from editors Such as: deviant, Iceberg, NIGHT, anejo, dumtumdum, and many others here I dont remember at the moment.
Third point: the return of several editors. Seeing Back JustRukia, Be@st, VIDOK... it refreshed memories. Thanks, I consider an honor to compete with you guys.
As a final: Takeshi, Fobos, Danny, BloodSlayer, Rika, Lee.... you guys are young and there's still a large way to go. I personally expect to see your development in the next years |

Чтобы понять идеи автора и оценить технические особенности, иногда требуется значительно больше, чем один просмотр. Но это замечание, скорее, просто констатация факта, а не претензия в отношении конкурса. |

Если насчет эксклюзивности еще можно понять, то заливать конкурс клипами сомнительного качества лишь бы были, как по мне не очень. Как-то это не в духе конкурса. | RoseBeautyDreams | I don't like the fact that many people judge and rate videos subjectively, in a bad and unfair way for the authors, just because they're not friends with them. But that's something you can't control, I'm just stating it.

| TritioAFB | The only point here is that we need the exclusivity rule Back. I feel this rule was added 'in case the multiple entries rule fails' but as we can see, the community has proven to be active enough to actually submit and fulfill the deadlines. Besides for younger editors it Will be discouraging to compete against videos made several time before the contest. Big Contest when its first started was known to accept even old entries since it was beginning. AKROSS Con has been known for being an exclusive contest. You dont want the contest to lose its prestige. Even the numbers this year proves that very few old videos were submitted and the rest of videos were made for the AKROSS Con.
And another fact: there's no way to actually completely check if the video has participated online in another contest. What if a video has already won an award and its submitted here? It's true that some editors May mention that in the comments but even for experienced editors there's always the video that its the first time being watched |

Например, мой конкурсный клип - это альтернативная история. То есть, сюжет оригинального аниме, переработанный в стиле "на самом деле всё было совсем не так". Впрочем, думаю, что большинству авторов достаточно обычных жанров, а на всякие экзотические найдётся не много охотников. |

You make it look like we can only use anime style (not exclusively japanese) footage to participate, but at the same time I see you allow entries with footage which is not even close to anime (visually) style.

In the future, when we get a sponsor for the contest, it Will be nice to see some awards. Thats it if you want to see a comeback for several editors, specially the foreign ones. As for the veteran editors participating in the contest like us (I didnt forget about all of you people reading my comments) our cycle is almost complete and we Will like to see what young generations are capable to do.
People thought AC was going to end soon after the 2021 incident but you listened Spidey. As a consequence, the community responded. If you manage to refine the rules you Will even be able to return to AC stadistics 10 years ago. You know what I mean. And if people reading my comment dont understand my comment please check in contest tab, all the previous AC editions starting in 2009 |
