AKROSS has got its own page on Patreon! Now it's possible to not just support the project, but also directly influence its development in the near future.


How does Patreon work? You can subscribe to any amount you can afford, starting with just $1 (you can increase or decrease the monthly subscription at any time, or cancel it altogether). The higher your subscription tier, the more personal benefits you will get (exclusive supporter status, early access to contest videos, etc.). The higher our total income per month - the more different goals will be achieved. Current list of goals:

● Annual AKROSS Con contest (the most important, of course)
● Providing a prizes for the winners (the higher our income, the better prizes we can afford)
● Development of a new website design (it's about time)
● Disabling advertising on the site (nobody really likes advertising, and we would love to get rid of it)
● New projects for the community (there are many options, and the choice will be left to our patrons)

If Patreon for some reason does not suit you, it's still possible to support the project with direct donation. All direct donations will also contribute to unlocking new goals.

The decisive voting of AKROSS Con 2019 has begun.

All finalists must vote (in "Participant's Panel") until January 30, 21:00 GMT. Please remember, your video will get penalty points if you'll miss the deadline (regardless the reasons)!

Please note that starting from this year, an additional vote will only happen if two (or more) top videos will get equal number of points (previously, it was one full vote).

The winners in all nominations of AKROSS Con 2019 contest will be announced on January, 31.

This year, we decided to change the finalists screening system. From now on, any editor who have ever won any AKROSS Con prize nomination can take part in the voting. The choice can be made directly on the page of every contest video.
