This project started out as a favor for a friend, but turned into one of the most involved and longest projects I've done. I focused on a combination of flow and effects, experimenting with a few techniques I haven't tried before. I hope you enjoy!
This was entertaining. I can see you were having fun making this and that cracked a smile on my face. Now, while its always good to experiment with effects, I want you to understand that utilizing an effect to improve the aesthetics of a scene should also make sense in the environment you placed it in. It should never feel stuck on but be cohesive to the scene. You should never make the amount of effects you use the priority. Always focus on assembling a good edit that hits on all cylinders. The pacing, scene choices, story, music synchronization and so on. You also need to choose your typography properly. Dont just drop impact because its BOLD! or download a random font because it looks cool. Try and design to the visual profile of the anime source.
