My problem with the description is that it makes the video dependent on external influences. By adding such a text to a video at one place means that people will feel differently about the video depending from where they watch it, making the identity of the video slightly ill-defined. I normally wouldn't expect someone to make this demand, but It seems like you yourself value the identity of the video quite much. If you want to talk about aspects of the video, my advice is to put them behind a spoiler warning.
(It also has that kind of feeling of "hey, I'm sure you're not noticing my awesome metaphors I put in this vid, so here's me pointing them out, so you better notice them!" Of course I'm exagurating here.)
I also have some instances of slightly violating my own principles in this matter, so I shouldn't really talk about this any more :P
