Always nice to find a good Evangelion amv every once in a while. Quite psychedelic, the way I like it! I have to admit that, although some of the effects were quite... odd and rough, they were used in a very creative way. Also, is it me or did I also see a Naruto scene and a Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei one? Anyway, as it seems it's a 8/10 from me, nice job!

You need to work on your technical skills.
Also, it felt somewhat empty for a romance amv.
I'd recommend to do a coloring to stablish the difference between current timeline and flashbacks, you can get the difference, but it makes it look better.
Your concept is good, but the video lacked emotional impact.
However, it ain't bad. I think you can improve.

You dance well. Sometimes you lose flow, but you managed to sustain it during the second half of your video.
I don't like the effect in a dance video, maybe it can suit a drama/romance/whatever, but no dance. Also, despite being color in a black and white scene, colors doesn't contrast that much, therefore making them meaningless, you can just used b/w and there wouldn't be a difference.
Also, I'm not convinced with the series you used, but maybe is the "youtube amv stigma syndrome".
