It was an inside joke... "Quatro navi system" is a hybrid "imaginary" software created by Perfect-blue, that program is basically what any AMV maker dream to have, and I guess the author of the video used it as a reference to explain the process of each step a beginner goes through from getting an inspiration until the very last step of AMV making which is "beta-testing and rendering" .....notice even the title "newbi" |
