The songs are actually dedicated to Dark Souls. They're named after a location and character in the game. And wdym he ignored drums? He just didnt over-edit beyond a certain point, so no flickering/rapid chopping during drum rolls |

I must say that i enjoyed a lot first part but when the music went wild I felt like it was a bit too slow, but this is because I'm used to see amvs and as I said I can't judge them in the same way.
