Too many flaws with lyrics for shown story, only half of the moments are made good.
Effort is seen, <Unless> you knew about "Ballad of the Nice Guy" in the first place, but then again, you should have googled AMVs that used that song already.

Quite good dance amv, sadly that even with loads of perfect sync parts it have some noticable technical flaws (read: Bleach masks and few others)

P.S. 3:32 Isn't it from "Sankarea"? As not listed in sources.
