Yeah I took a masters degree on smart people university, don't google it you wont find it it's very secret don't bother.
Interpolation is, putting it in simple terms think of interpolation like a cancer or even a tumour, there is BAD interpolation, and GOOD interpolation, if it's bad your video will look like a fucking disease, make family members feel disgusted and pity you.
If it's good interpolation you won't even know it's there!

nonono you got it all wrong, you actually have to render it at 3600fps because the source is 23,976. Trust me I'm an engineer.

(23,976*60)=1438,56

y=1438,56

60/23,976*y=3600

You have to render it at 3600fps otherwise the frame interpolation WILL NOT WORK.
