I also think you might be fairly new to making amvs so my advice will be to try and push yourself to begin to learn how to weave a story together. I don't mind amvs that focuses entirely on the anime's tale, infact I love them the most because its a way to get new people to check out the anime. You have to make good scene selections and also 'feel the music'. You can always extract a good concept once you are self aware of why the music will work with the anime or source material. All the best. |

Now, while its always good to experiment with effects, I want you to understand that utilizing an effect to improve the aesthetics of a scene should also make sense in the environment you placed it in. It should never feel stuck on but be cohesive to the scene. You should never make the amount of effects you use the priority. Always focus on assembling a good edit that hits on all cylinders. The pacing, scene choices, story, music synchronization and so on. You also need to choose your typography properly. Dont just drop impact because its BOLD! or download a random font because it looks cool. Try and design to the visual profile of the anime source. |

Its not intriguing to stand as an Anime Music Trailer either but I think you can weave a story if you apply yourself. Next time have stronger concept. |

I think you had a good idea but the approach to making it feel like they were singing the song felt disassociated in many ways. A good spark of creativity came in at 3:16 to the end and I wish that transcended through your video (bear in mind, I am not talking of just masking and scattering it around the clip, but the clever integration into the song and story). You have a knack for amv making, you need to watch more and review, so you can know how to improve in your story telling. Practice lip syncing but don't get into the habit of using it anyhow. it must be effective. |

The title of the amv while an effect in itself has a connotation i.e "to connect or make a network of...an idea". I think you explored this sporadically through your amv but it could have attained a much deeper height if you reinforced the notion from 3:10 to the end.
The color treatment works in MOST parts but can be abit overbearing in others. Good work overall. 8 |
